Vegan fried rice option

Nothing spectacular but was needed after a long hike in the snow! Veg fried with rice. Sorry forgot to take a photo but it was 700¥. Clearly listed as vegan on the menu.

Pros: Vegan option

Great little stop during your Kumano Kodo trip!

I got the fried rice! It was simple and delicious! The staff at the store was kind and helpful. They know what vegan is and can point you to the relevant products.
There is also a toilet, and drink vending machines on the property.
Plenty of parking, if you're coming with a car.

Pros: Vegan options in the middle of nowhere, Kind and helpful staff, Delicious food

Nice road station

Nice road station where you are allowed to park and stay in the car for the night. The shop got some few vegan options, like mochi, sweet potato snacks, chips and bewrages.
