They have raw vegan salad - Edit
Miacucina信義店 is this spot’s name, they are a chain store, which means they have many different locations with the same name, since it’s a chain store there are certain international dishes in it, it’s not a very typical Taiwanese style restaurant but they do have raw vegan salad which is very rare in the vegan or vegetarian restaurants in Taiwan because we grew up educated that do not consume raw stuff lol

Dairy based and not vegan-friendly - Edit
Western style restaurant that relies heavily on dairy and eggs for all of their entrees. Don't come here expecting a satisfying vegan meal in a welcoming environment. They have a massive menu but the best they can do is remove the cheese if you want it vegan. Also the vegan burger patty has to be the worst in the country. Also you'll feel nauseous when you get the bill.

Nice vegan burger - Edit
We also ordered a mushroom pasta and tomato flat bread, they were ok. But the crispy onion burger is worth to try.

The best veggie restaurant in Taipei - Edit
This place is ALWAYS busy! We book a table in advance. The staff are very attentive and always filling up your water cups. There is a huge selection of vegetarian foods, not as many vegan options but easy to ask for. The dishes are decent portions ,especially the salads. Very flavourful and creative meals. I have tried a variety of foods from pizza and pastas to Buddhas bowls and salads and I have never been disappointed. They also serve drinks with eco friendly metal straws and paper bags for takeaway options. Worth visiting when in Taipei, you will not be disappointed.
Read morePros: The menu has a lot of variety , Generous portions & can take away , Very efficient for a busy restaurant
Cons: Always busy, best to book a table in advance , Sometimes items are sold out

Vegan unfriendly - Edit
The restaurant advertises itself as “vegan friendly,” yet they charge extra for replacement requests. No flexibility on this, one of my pet peeves as a vegan.

Fantastic Vegan and Vegetarian Food! ❤️️ - Edit
I went here so many times while I lived in Taipei. Fresh and delicious food is guaranteed so it's hard to stay away.
Read moreI always ordered the salads and panini's (all are great so you can't make a bad choice.) The juices are great too.
This restaurant leans a little bit more towards being vegetarian friendly rather than vegan as a lot of the dishes contain cheese. You can request most things without cheese but leaves the dish feeling incomplete.
Pros: Wide variety , Delicious food, Great juices
Cons: A lot of dishes contain dairy

loved it! - Edit
There are a few different locations, of which I've been to two. Both were busy, both had the same good service, both had nice decor, and both were equally delicious! I went with one non-veg friend to one, and with another non-veg friend to another, both said they'll be back, and one liked it so much that she said she'll take her non-veg parents there!
