Build-your-own noodle meal with emphasis on fresh vegetables. Choose your ingredients (vegetables, tofu, faux meat, noodles), then the staff cooks it into a one-pot soup wonder in just minutes. Or have your order served dry. Style is a blend of East meets West, with modern design concept striping the space down to the bare essentials. One of several cafes in Taipei. Open Mon-Thu 11:00am-9:00pm, Fri-Sun 11:00am-9:30pm.

Healthy!

Loved being able to choose fresh veg. Overall really good for a food court experience! Would recommend especially if you are looking for something healthy and less greasy.

Pros: Healthy, Less greasy

Great custom soup idea

In A11 mall building food court. Buy the vegetables and accoutrements that you want to add to the soup and they cook it for you.
There are a few of these shops in Taiwan and I will likely patronize some of them.

Quick and easy lunch

Located in a food court near Taipei 101. Possibility to take out if the food court is too crowded. Overall, quick and easy lunch, you choose the ingredients you want, the noodles, and you give them to the cashier: very convenient. I really recommend using the topping corner otherwise the soup can taste a bit bland. I don't have a large appetite, but with 2 vegetables/2 proteins toppings and the noodles (140 NTD), it was very filling.

Insanely tasty and efficient

If you're on the lookout for a pit stop to enjoy an amazing bowl full of vegetables and various protein textures - at your choice - this is the place to go for.

Pros: Great concept , Super tasty , Affordable

Convenient option

I went there after 8pm just because no other vegan restaurant in my vicinity was open. The staff was friendly. The place is super small. The selection of ingredients is not big; maybe 20 different veggies/fake meat plus different noodles. "Salad" was almost gone. All ingredients are in little plastic bag which sucks. You have to take a bag, choose your ingredient which cost between 20-35 TWD per package. Then they'll cook it for you. Tables are nearby. It's in a food court.
I think it's decent even though i'm not a huge fan of that kind of food. In my opinion the soup was flavourful.

Pros: Everything vegan, Can choose what you like

Cons: All ingredients in plastic, Nothing special

Lots of options

Lots of different vegetables, food and sauces to choose from. A bit crowded during peak hours.

Not a bad food court option.

Pick the veggies and other stuff you want in your soup and they cook it to order. You then add seasonings to your taste.

Pros: Cooked to order and taste.

Cons: All the veg etc are wrapped in plastic so wasteful

Nothing to write home about

The description says it all. Choose your own veggies/fake meats/noodles and it's all cooked in a soup (or served dry). I feel the soup lacks flavor and I'll need to add a ton of seasoning/sauces to make it palatable. I've been to several branches and it's usually only because it's "right there". It's not a place that I would request to go to. Not highly recommended or a "must see" in Taipei, but not terrible.
