Hidden vegan option at a barren airport

Fresh, healthy ingredients with a vegan poke option! I was having a real struggle finding decent vegan options at the airport, but this place can do a vegan poke bowl if you just opt for no meat. I was relieved to find a vegan option that actually had lots of veggies instead of needing to resort to a snack or junk food. The staff was nice and accommodating.

Pros: Fresh ingredients, Healthy ingredients, Friendly staff

Cons: Vegan options not clearly labeled
