Yummy vegan options in a vast nothingness - Edit
Black bean soup is vegan, red bean has pig flesh. Had the Cuban nachos (served with pureed black beans and guacamole, served with sour cream that comes on side), also had the yucca fries. All super yummy after a long day of traveling.

Minimal vegan options - beware - Edit
Both bean soups are NOT vegan. Went here following the previous reviews but glad I asked the server before ordering. Your options are pretty much salad, rice, or yucca.

I had Cuban nachos, black bean soup, and fried yucca. It was delicious! I would recommend this venue. The service was good too.
