Fab Bio Market

This is one of the bio markets that lights me up every Saturday ‘cos I get to buy fresh organic fruit & veg, some of which are harvested from the Horta de Torre certified organic farm in Silves. They offer a broad variety of seasonal fruits and vegetables (and some exotic fruits, like pineapples, mangoes, bananas); nuts & seeds; pulses (kidney beans, chick peas); Olive oils, fresh eggs …

Fátima, the woman who manages the weekly market, is also a great human to speak with! (She speaks 4 languages - Portuguese, French, German, English …) I’ve also met and spoken with other lovely people attending the market. My Saturdays are much brighter during my organic food shops!
