I do love the happy hippie sando. - Edit
Stopped here because I was in the area and needed something to eat. I got my usual…the happy hippie modified to be vegan (no cheese, no dill ranch, and ciabatta bread) and it was good as always. The vegan potato salad is not really the business, would skip that next time. The hemp date cookie is the only vegan cookie option but it is good. The staff were friendly but I would say the restaurant was uncomfortably warm…not sure if that’s frequent issue there since I’ve only been there that one time though.

When craving a salad - Edit
There's not a lot of vegan choices, as others have mentioned, but there's usually a sandwich and a salad option.
Read moreToday I ordered the Avocado & Quinoa Superfood Ensalada and added the Impossible Chorizo. This thing was massive and actually ended up making two meals for me, so I'd say that's a win. I'd definitely order it again.

The bad: There’s not much else other than the impossible vegan salad for those of you who prefer salads!
They seriously lack depth and I’m not terribly sure how it’s rated so highly unless they’ve removed options over the years and older reviews are outdated.
Pros: Vegan Banh Mi, Vibes
Cons: No depth, Too few options.

Decent albeit limited selection! - Edit
Although their vegan sandwich options are rather limited, the ones they do have are pretty good! In particular, the Happy Hippie with a bread swap and no cheese is my favorite. The Vegan Banh Mi is definitely fair as well. Their seasonal menu often caters to omni diets, but can occasionally have vegan options as well (bring back the Shroomsteak!)
