I discovered them at Vegan Camp Out and tried the everything box which was huge! It easily met my ‘eat 30 different plants’ in one meal! It was super tasty, fresh and wholesome.

Had the universal box, came to market just to try Mel tropical kitchen as seen on social media and it did not disappoint! So much choice full of flavour and so colourful! Divine! I had the universal box with bit of everything and all the toppings!

Had the tropical salad box which was huge - included three salad I kind of le til bowl and a sweet and sticky broccoli mix plus polenta paste and hot sauce. The lady serving was really friendly and service was quick . Recommend if you’re checking out the King’s Cross market😄

Read moreWe were greeted with a big smile. It was ideal for us to load up our own box with this abundance of salads and veggie stews. Everything was nicely presented and ready for take away.
We greatly enjoyed the tropical bowl. For only 7£ we got a lot of food. Flavor was on point. We eat it during our train ride a few hours later, it did smell a bit off/sour. But taste was still perfect. So maybe keep in mind if you are traveling on a warm day that these are fresh ingredients that could spoil of not refrigerated for a while.

Eaten from this stall at many different vegan events. The food has always been fresh and flavoursome, portions big/good value and the staff friendly. They always give you a sample of every salad & throw in falafels etc. Would recommend

This place is part of the Real Food Market outside of Kings Cross. They offer some healthy items, such as salads and jelly coconut, for reasonable prices. I had a coconut—it was simple, but more than satisfying.

Had the tropical roti which was full of fresh veggies and nice flavours, but I can't remember tasting avocado (little bit nitpicky, I know). Also you can't pay with cash and only with card. Pretty filling and affordable nevertheless.

If you're only going to have one vegan stall at a market (😭) this is a winning option. Fresh, crunchy and vibrant salads served as they come or in a roti with delicious hummus and a choice of lentil burger, falafel or plantain and avo. Spicy on request! A superior train picnic option over the chains in the station. Fellow fans of Rainforest Creations will love it (the two businesses are unconnected).
