The staff seemed knowledgeable and almost everything on the menu can be veganized (sans appetizers, soups, and chili paste dish). The spring rolls are the only vegan appetizer.
I had the Crazy Noodle and just requested it be made vegan, with tofu. Pretty good dish, just a little oily. I'll go back to try more dishes!
This is hands down my favorite Thai restaurant that I have ever eaten at. Everything is so amazing. They can make everything vegetarian. You can ask them to not put fish sauce in everything and get tofu. They will even bring you special dipping sauce that is fish sauce free if you ask. They will also make you veg spring rolls. I love their pad see eiw and curries yum yum yum. Seriously if you are in Springfield and you like Thai food EAT MEKONG! Lovely staff as well! I rate this 5 stars for sure!
Indeed staff is aware of what vegan and vegetarian mean. All but a few dishes can be vegan. Tofu is prominently listed on the menu. Staff said they will investigate seitan at our suggestion.
It is a bit hidden (tucked behind another building) and not fancy, but food was really good and we were gratified to find vegan awareness on our trip to Springfield.
Quaint little restaurant that is easy to miss. Any dish can have tofu subbed for meat and you can request to leave out the fish sauce. Staff is always friendly. Quality of food is always fresh and full of flavor. My favorites are Vietnamese Spring Rolls wrapped in rice paper with tofu swapped for meat and the Loation Curry "Beef" Noodles with tofu swapped for meat. I have tried a number of dishes and never been disappointed.

Closed! Not sure if it’s temporary or not, but what a disappointment. - Edit
No experience. We arrived at 12:30 pm on a Wednesday and sign on the door said “closed”
