Vegan Al Pastor - Edit
The vegan al pastor tacos were delicious. When you order them you have a choice between a mild or spicy salsa on the side. I went with spicy and it was very spicy, but good. I highly recommend trying it out and it’s a great vegan option at Celebration Park. They also have chips, salsa, and guacamole. All of which were very good. I’m just a vegetarian so I went ahead and tried the churros. The churros were topped with dulce de leche and whipped cream. The churros were still warm after finishing my tacos. I will definitely be visiting this food truck again.
