Several food trucks with a vegan option - Edit
I went today for the first time. I noticed 5 food trucks had at least one vegan option. I got a vegan gyro sandwich (falafel pita with hummus) and french fries with oregano at the "Gyros 2 Go" greek food truck. The food was good and the service was very friendly. Also, I got the bikini zucchini (fried zucchini sticks with marinara sauce) from "J. Paul's" food truck. The food there was okay (too fried for me) and the service wasn't good. Overall I recommend going to Celebration Park and looking at the different food truck offerings. It was also nice being near the waterfront.

Surprising - Edit
I was shocked to find so many vegetarian options at a food truck spot. I was assuming I wouldn’t be able to eat there but almost every single truck had a vegan option. I went with fried zucchini and nachos! Both delicious. They also had vegan paninis, wraps, and dishes.
