Aweful seitan burger

Just got out of the restaurant, i got a beyond burger - wich was very good - and a seitan burger, which was impossible to eat: too hard (not-chewable level hard) and dry. Do not recommend

Pros: Lots of vegan options

Cons: The seitan burger is unchewable, too hard, Owners not understanding and unfriendly
