Really good vegan Japanese food - Edit
Had dinner at Matsuoka this evening with my wife. Had a set meal with a wonderful array of Japanese dishes both hot and cold. Highlights were the hearty miso vegetable soup, soy cream croquette that was like an excellent pot pie, spicy garbanzo stuffed red pepper, and broccoli salad with hemp dressing. Also, really good vegan ice cream sandwiches for dessert! Wonderful flavors, textures and colors throughout. Excellent!
