Excellent Veggie Ramen - Edit
The Veggie Ramen was beautifully presented (see picture) and had delicious flavor. Nice portion size.
Read moreThere is a separate vegetarian/vegan menu with 14 vegan choices. The menu clearly states that 2 additional items are vegan but have cross-contamination cooking methods (shared fryer/grill). I appreciate this attention to detail.

Fresh and many choices - Edit
There were about 5 rolls on the vegan menu, and the one I had was delicious- a vege delux roll of some sort. They also had a number of gluten free options, and delicious drinks

Good to have choices at Mall of America but pricy for veggies - Edit
Beautiful and Colorful roll! Vegetable power roll was tasty mix of flavors but overpriced compared to the other fish based rolls. Would be nice to have other veggie roll options but there are also bowls for other vegan choices if you’d prefer that over a sushi roll.

I am vegan, and sushi is honestly my favorite food! MASU has a amazing vegan menu which I indulge in weekly! Amazing food and staff! They do have a separate vegan/gluten free menu which is amazing 🙏🏽😍
