Good Vegan Options with a sea view - Edit

Three vegan dishes - Edit
After a long search for vegan lunch (which was not spaghetti alio e olio) we finally found Marina restaurant. They offered Pasta arrabiata, vegan Safran Risotto and vegan Pljukanci (Istrian pasta). We ordered the Pljukanci and the vegetarian pizza without cheese. The pasta came with a creamy zucchini sauce and tasted good. The pizza was yummy. The staff was friendly and we had a nice table in the shadow with a lovely view. In comparison with the vegan offer in Rovinj definitely recommendable. Of course I wish they had more vegan options but we were happy with our one-time choice.

Ci sono andata l'ultima sera perché ho visto le opzioni vegane chiaramente indicate sul menù e l'ho trovato comodo, anche se avevo visto che i prezzi sono alti.

Molto buone, bastava qualche minuto in meno di cottura ma comunque era accettabile e so che qui hanno una filosofia un po' diversa della pasta.
Conto un po' alto (il vino della casa a 25 euro è per me fuori misura, acqua da 0,75 a 6 euro e focaccia a 7, necessaria dato che non c'era il pane).
Le altre opzioni vegane sono il risotto con le verdure e la pasta all'arrabbiata, oltre alle pizze marinara e veganizzabili.
C'è anche una bruschetta ma visto che non è scritto vegan ho il dubbio che il pane (da toast) potrebbe contenere latte, se la volete prendere meglio chiedere.

Loved it but needs a bit improvement - Edit
The portion looked small but it was just perfect in the end. There was very few zucchinis, which was disappointing considering it's such a cheap vegetable that's in season right now. I gave them feedback on the spot and the waiter said they would would put more zucchinis in the future. The waiter was very polite, service was great. I love that they are trying and direct feedback is important for improvement. I would definitely come back.

While I appreciate that they have a few vegan options on the menu, the risotto needed some work. It had a taste kind of like chlorine, which according to a quick search, means they used either imitation or poor quality saffron.

Nice restaurant, clearly marked options. However, food was very far from what I have expected for that price. I have ordered risotto. It was tasteless with a few pieces of steamed vegetables and not creamy at all. I fixed it with lots of olive oil, salt, pepper and minced garlic from my boyfriend's plate. Without it it was just tiny better than average canteen food.

This restaurant has only 3 vegan dishes. The tomato bruschetta as a starter and as a main dish either risotto or homemade croatian noodles with zucchini and chickpeas. It was really tasty and the waiters extremely kind.

I had the bruschetta with tomatoes, this was really flavoursome. Then I tried the risotto. The portion sizes were perfect for me but unfortunately there wasn't much flavour to the risotto. Next time I will try the vegan pasta dish. The staff were friendly and the view of the harbour and town is lovely.

2 clear labeled vegan options and friendly staff - Edit
We had the 2 vegan options from the menu, risotto and pljukanci (sort of pasta). We asked also for Bruschetta, it is also vegan.
