Treated nicely. Great outdoor setup if don’t want to be inside. Will talk to you and create. Oh. The plantains. Just ask for no sour cream. Black beans from scratch! #Veganuary

Awesome food! - Edit
I eat at Maria’s with my family once or twice a week. We all love it. Pupusa’s can be made with beans, beans and veggies, and NO CHEESE. If María is there (99.9% of the time she is) she will make them up special for you. Veggie fajitas are also delicious and the Tamal elote are also amazing.

Pros: Tasty vegan options, Friendly staff, Very affordable
Cons: Not all staff knows what items are vegan

Not vegan! Please remove - Edit
Came in all excited to have pupusas and the lady literally told me that she couldn’t make them without cheese! I came out of my way because they say they can make them vegan but she wasn’t willing to do them. Don’t waste your time!
