Friendly and fully vegan, dishes need a theme - Edit
Cosy place, friendly staff. I wish there was an English menu, was hard to understand. Feels like there were too few warm dishes on the menu? (Only 2?) and these had so different themes… the potato, kale and sausage dish felt like virgin ingredients out together without any concept. The pad thai was very tasty but the bowl was so big. Why not go down in price and make the dishes a bit smaller? I finished 25% of the pad thai and had to leave the rest… didn’t feel good about that.

(Review from September 2020) When I went there, they weren't fully vegan, but almost. Great that they went completely vegan now! Went there for breakfast on a weekend, so it was quite busy. Took quite a while, but it was worth the wait! Really good vegan breakfast options! Also, definitely check out their raw cakes! In general, it's a nice and cozy place.

Die Speisen und Getränke im Marae sind größtenteils Bio und man hat eine sehr große Auswahl. Uns hat das Mittagessen sehr geschmeckt und die Portionen waren groß genug um satt zu werden. Zum Nachtisch gab es dann noch einen guten Rohkostkuchen.

Ich ernähre mich ausschließlich vegan, und es war ein tolles Gefühl einfach alles bestellen zu können, da alles in diesem Café vegan ist.
Das Personal war sehr freundlich und nett und die Location ist sehr liebevoll mit einem Auge fürs Detail eingerichtet. Man kann sowohl draußen als auch drinnen gemütlich sitzen ☺️👍🏼

Anyone who has ever made a raw cake knows how much work goes into creating the different layers. I was really surprised and (positively) overwhelmed by the huge choice of cakes and simply couldn't decide so went for two: a raspberry cake and the chocolate & peanut butter fudge (see photos). Both were insanely tasty. The owner was really friendly and welcoming and I will definitely go back next time I'm in Lübeck.

Visited early March 2020. The weekly menu is always displayed on the webpage so there are not many options to choose from which was actually nice. The available dishes were quite different from each other so it was still kind of hard to choose. The curry was really a curry and had a bit of a bite but was tasty according to my mother and the wrap, ok, which wasn't a real wrap as one would imagine, more a filled pancake but was still nice. The raw cake for dessert was great! Caramel ginger wasn't very gingery but still super tasty and raspberry thyme was an interesting and tasty experience. The coffee was good and the staff very nice and attentive. However, you always order at the counter which has the nice effect of never being bothered at the table. I liked that. Will definitely return when I am in town!
