eat seasonal and local food, with a vegan offer that will grow with each passing week - Edit
Opened in August 2024, this chain offers local seasonal produce from short supply chains, organic or sustainable farming, vegetarian or vegan, unprocessed products, and a zero-waste approach with composting.

I tasted the sweet sweet Eggplant dish: Melt-in-the-mouth eggplant with miso, chickpea and potato purée, cherry tomatoes and roasted garlic, marinated zucchini and hazelnuts.
Great taste and flavor, this dish will no longer be on the menu in a few weeks as it's no longer in season.
Some salads can be served without feta to go vegan.
The commitment is very strong in this restaurant, with around 30 seats and a large opening onto the street, and I appreciated the overall relaxing atmosphere.
In short, a perfect place to eat seasonal and local food, with a vegan offer that will grow with each passing week.
Pros: Place, welcome
Cons: no vegan dessert at this moment
