OK-ish but expensive and is so close to being fully vegan, why not turning 100%? ;) - Edit
My honest recommendation is that you go there with the zero waste app TooGoodToGo (usually they put their leftovers on Friday afternoon), cause otherwise I’d say the price is not worth it. The thing is that if you opt for this option you cannot be 100% sure your meal will be vegan. In my case it was (and the food was delicious), but again I wouldn’t pay the regular price.

Quick lunch boxes for 10 euros. They had only had one vegan options. It was decent. There is no seating here.

Love it - Edit
The price is really ok for what you get. I loved all I ate there, and the menu changes every day. Each day they offer a lunchbox with raw ingredients, a hot plate (both 9 euros), 2 juices, 1 soup and lots of desserts.
Read moreEverything it at least vegetarian, it is very rare to see no vegan option for the plate (I mean between the lunch box and the hot plate) (and I heard they can make it vegan anyway). I always saw at least 2 vegan desserts (do not hesitate to ask which ones are). Sometimes a juice contains honey, but that is also rare, and there is always at least 2 juices on the menu.
The free bread they give you with your order is gluten-free, made from corn 🌽
If you are really hungry, go for the hot taste.
If you want vitamins and healthy food, go for the lunchbox.
Go there early if you want to have all options open (they can run out of stock, especially for desserts or juices).
Pros: Nutritious and quality ingredients, Little to no waiting time, They always serve with a smile!
Cons: No sitting, Can run out of stock if you go there late, Some rare days, can only have vegetarians options

Savoureux mais hors de prix - Edit
Des boxs salées délicieuses mais hors de prix et la croûte sèche d'un cake en dessert (pour le prix de la part c'était un peu abusé).

A true lifesaver for a day at the Louvre - Edit
Paris is neither the most vegan friendly nor the most affordable of cities, so for our day at the Louvre we worried about finding something good, yet affordable, to eat within walking distance of the museum.
Read moreThis little cafe, if it can even be called that since it's more of a kitchen, sits about a ten minute walk from the Louvre. They are nothing more than a small kitchen with a counter facing the street where one can line up and order. The ordering process could not be less complicated, as there is a single daily lunchbox featuring small amounts of a variety of mostly vegan dishes. I say mostly vegan because their regular lunchbox usually has a vegetarian item, but worry not, they always have a began lunchbox alternative where they swap the vegetarian food item for something vegan.
The lunchbox is about 10 euro, but for about 5 more euro one can add a drink and dessert or drink and soup. The soup they had when we went was raw and served cold. It was truthfully not very good, but perhaps they have better soups, as their whole menu changes every day. Their desserts included cookies and brownies, but we did not try these.
The lunchbox itself was surprisingly tasty as well as filling. Upon initial appearance it did not look very appetizing and also seemed disappointingly small, however, it ended up being quite filling as well as delicious. Their food is masterfully seasoned with sauces and subtle spices. It contains a good balance of vegetables, plant proteins, and rice or other mostly carbohydrate foods. I would definitely recommend stopping here after a visit to the Louvre. This is the best vegan meal we have had in Paris. The staff was also very nice and helpful.
This eatery is a bento-box type experience, and although they have no sitting, there is a lovely park with benches about a block away.
Pros: quick, user friendly, tasty
Cons: single menu option, no sitting available

Good Quality Food to Enjoy Somewhere Else - Edit
Visited in July 2016.
Read moreThis is a tiny take-away shop where you make your order through a window. It's a 5-min walk from Chatelet/Les Halles station, within a walking distance from the Louvre Museum and very close to Le Palais Royal (a nice place to eat your lunchbox afterwards).
They offer two types of lunchbox, one of them being always vegan. There is also a soup and many desserts (some vegan). The lunchbox costs €8, and you can also have a set with soup, juice, etc. for a bit more.
As the description says, the contents are published on their Facebook page daily between 9 and 10am usually.
The food was good, it was fresh, with a good balance between cereals, raw and cook vegetables. I enjoyed it very much.
Quantity was also a good value for the price.
But if you want a more substantial meal, I'd suggest to have the set with the soup.
The lunchboxes are ready so the service is rather quick. However, the place seems to be popular so you might have to stand in the line for a bit.
I'd suggest to go early since it seems they have a limited number of lunchboxes per day.
Staff was friendly and smiley; so even if it was for a short time, that's always nice.
Pros: quick service, good value, tasty
Cons: opens only for lunch, could have more vegan desserts
