We went there to have some cake - as it was sold out, they offered us nice cream instead for the same price. It was very delicious and we enjoyed our time here! It is not cheap but we're still in Iceland 😂

Mama is a cosy 100% vegan restaurant. They have few but delicious dishes, and a menu which changes week by week. You find options like salads, soups and casseroles. They also offer cold and hot drinks,cakes and desserts. Nice place where to chill out and enjoy a good filling and vegan meal!

Delicious, warming food in the heart of Reykjavik. Menu features drinks, desserts, smoothies, and a daily salad, soup, and stew/main. Portions are generous and the food is beautiful plated and bursting with flavor.
Read moreI shared a soup (carrot, beet, and sweet potato) and a lentil broccoli stew (served over white rice). Both were absolutely delicious and so flavorful! The soup was especially good, and it came with a slice of toasted bread and some hummus.
The owner speaks perfect English and was also extremely kind, welcoming, and friendly. Great spot!
