Nice vegan options - Edit
We went there for lunch. Had a very nice lunch menu. Lunch included a small salad. Tofu was one of the protein options. My husband had the sweet & sour with tofu and I had the cashew nut with tofu. The portion size was just right. The restaurant had a nice atmosphere and soft calm music played in the background. Would recommend this restaurant.

Excellent veg-friendly Thai food restaurant in Cottonwood AZ - Edit
Mai Thai on Main features numerous vegan options and (like Thai Palace, the other Thai eatery in Cottonwood) fortunately allows one to substitute tofu for most of the meat/seafood dishes elsewhere on the menu. It's a nicely decorated dining room with numerous Buddhist art pieces and several booths (in addition to tables with chairs) for more comfortable seating. Service was friendly the two times i've eaten here since moving to this region of AZ last autumn.
