after wandering round terminal 1 trying to find something to eat i came here and asked if anything was vegan - i managed to get vegetable fried rice and gabo gabo (veg in peanut sauce). both were really delicious, as was the lemon iced tea!

Best Gado Gado of the trip - Edit
Went here after seeing the reviews. Ordered the nasi goreng vegan and also managed to get the Gado Gado made vegan after specifying no egg (Telur), no fish sauce and no shrimp paste (terasi). Also managed to ask for some tempeh crackers in lieu of the prawn crackers. Was super yum. The sauce fully covered the veggies (unlike at many warungs outside the airport, so it was super delicious).

What do you mean? Our meal definitely didn't have any meat pieces and I doubt they remove each piece of meat from the plate before serving? But nonetheless that's sad to hear😒I hope I was served actually vegan food...

The waiter talked to me about vegan options and I got a tofu/tempeh nasi goreng which I really enjoyed. Not a lot of options but very tasty!
