Veganised Banh mi - Edit
I asked to get a vegetarian banh mi (spicy tofu) with no eggs/milk and said I was allergic as they didn't really get what vegan was but they were super helpful and made sure it was all ok for me. I think they only removed the mayo so it was still nice and a good portion, I enjoyed it. Good option if you are struggling to find vegan food at the airport
