Serves meat, vegan options available. Vietnamese restaurant with labelled vegan choices in every category of the menu: curry, pho, bahn mi, appetizers, and more. Open Mon-Sun 12:00-21:30.
The tofu is cooked to perfection here. Light. I had vegan Bahn mi and he had vegan curry. Both were delicious. Staff were lovely too. Popular spot. Clean loos. Quite a few vegan options.
One of now three Madame Pho Vietnamese restaurants - the other 2 are in Belfast.
It remains really good with a decent vegan menu.
Prepared quickly, tasty and reasonably priced.
Dishes include vegan pho (broth plus noodles, broccoli, aubergine, optional red chillis, tofu and noodles), rice plate (they will ask if you want an egg, to warn you) bahn mi, salt chilli tofu or cauliflower.
All of which is unusually diverse in terms of vegan offerings for an restaurant in NI.
It is also cash only and can get busy at peak times.
Definitely a top local restaurant in terms of vegan options and worth a visit. Park on street or in car park beside spar.
An expansion of the Belfast-based small franchise to Lisburn. Does a very brisk trade- surprising for a place like Lisburn!
Their vegan stuff usually features tofu and their tasty, coconut and sweet chilli based curry.
Their salt and chilli tofu is also crispy and excellent.
I heard that the chain is run by a Hong Kong family who imported the cuisine here.
It’s very popular and authentic, not too bad price wise either. Also has locations in Botanic and the Lisburn road.
