Serves meat, vegan options available. Asian inspired takeaway in Lisburn. Vegan selection includes crispy cauliflower in different sauces, fries and fried rice (ask for no eggs).
This "Asian inspired" take out offers several vegan options, including the souths mainstay, the Spice Bag.
Is fully vegan and definitely cooked in separate oil than the meat, which is reassuring.
Currently is based around fried cauliflower nuggets, which is unusual.
And it's pretty tasty. Not cheap - not expensive either, kind of mid range price wise and has a more home cooked feel to it.
I got the salt chilli spice bag, comes in 9 inch pizza box and contains cauliflower nugs and fries with vegan spicy mayo.
It was good and I enjoyed. Would like seitan or tofu though and price wise china express in Finaghy marginally cheaper.
But a solid option. Lisburn Chineses not bad for vegans.
This has had a few locations around Lisburn and is back, where Kanto (which wasn’t good) and yosi (which was good) were!
Their menu is updated and the seitan is gone. The seitan was great, so this is a shame! In its stead is a panko / tempura cauliflower, with your choice of side, in a large bowl with a side salad.
The fried rice can be done without egg and the fries are now vegan!
I got the firecracker sauce, which is like buffalo / sriracha sauce.
The portion size is very generous, and a bowl is about £8.
Very much worth a try. Would be great to have e.g. seitan or tofu there though.

Pros: Tasty
Cons: Just cauliflower - could be expanded.
