With vegan breakfast options at a premium in Cork City, this place is well worth waiting to open at 10am. About 80% is vegan…very tasty soup and the 3 salads plus a protein and hummus for €10 is great value….only criticism is that the combination I chose was a bit dry….coups do with an option to drizzle olive oil over….however, I’ll be back.

Great vegan salad selection - Edit
I had a protein box with rice paper rolls, cauliflower salad, Moroccan couscous and an aubergine curry. The hoisin flavour of the rolls was excellent. My favourite of the salads was the couscous, a nice mix of fragrant and sweet. All the flavours blended together in the bowl beautifully

Amazing vegetarian/vegan salads - Edit
I've been here many times as a vegetarian and a few times as a vegan and it caters brilliantly for both! The vegan salads are labeled clearly and I've had enough to fill the 3 salad bowl, not sure if it could swing for the 5 salads. Also the vegan brownie is amazing!! Great value for money and nice chill vibes. Can be waiting a while at peak times in queue, sometimes out the door. Seating area is limited inside.

Great choice of fresh, healthy and very delicious salads (including lentils, quinoa, chickpeas and lots alof vegetables). Vegan options are clearly labled. Only criticism: they put all the selected salads in one tub so that all the different dressings mixes at the botton. But it was still realy delicious!

Great range of vegan salads - Edit
Love this place - they have two stores in cork city and can also be found at the Midleton farmers market on most Saturdays (subject to the market being open, it’s seasonal!) They’ve also provided catering at the company I work for!

You cannot go wrong with Loving Salads! They are quick, fresh, and oh so tasty! Whenever I go in I ask the staff which recommendations they have for vegan salads, and I have never been disappointed. The protein box is wonderful! Three salads, plus a protein, which turned out to be a HUGE vegan pattie, and they always ask if you want hummus and seeds as a topping, which is an absolute must! You get a lot of food for a really decent price!

Great nutritious hearty salads - Edit
A whole lot of vegan options, it feels fresh. Compostable cutlery too and sweet vegan treats. Has meat/fish options but almost everything is vegetarian/vegan. You can eat in or take away.

So much selection of vegan salads and power balls and juices. So fresh, diverse and tastes SO good!! Our meetup group Cork Vegans and Vegges from the meetup site came here for one of our social Saturdays and thry catered for almost 20 of us. They were so generous and kind and provided a great service. We will definitely be back. Thanks Jason and staff :-)

So, so, so, so many combinations! This place offers a variety of salads, sweets and food of all kinds that you can combine at will and enjoy. Ordered 5 things that I had never had before and left pretty happy and full.
