A few veganizable options, nice views - Edit
Los Amigos has a pleasant perch overlooking the pedestrian square to the north and gazing up the slopes to the south.
Read moreThe menu doesn’t mark veg*n items, but a few are veganizable by subtraction (ordering without cheese or cream): the grilled veggie tacos, the veggie fajitas, the guacamole, and the jalapeño bean dip (which usually is made with cheese mixed in, but they can make it fresh without the cheese on request). We tried all the above except the fajitas (we chose the grilled veggie tacos instead because the fajitas are just green peppers and onions whereas the grilled veggie tacos have a few more veggies), and all of it was tasty. Note the bean dip was quite salty, and the guacamole is good though seriously overpriced at $18’for a small bowl.

Very good Mexican slope-side in Vail Village - Edit
We haven’t found too many vegan options in Vail so this place should definitely be on your radar. The menu isn’t labeled vegan but we confirmed the beans and rice are. The veggie fajitas are definitely a go and my daughter liked her burrito.
