Goooo! - Edit
Love love love the nachos! Tempted to move out this way just to be closer to them… 😅 but seriously, don’t miss this place if you find yourself in Bend. So delicious and the portion size is worth 3 or 4 servings. Super friendly service is a bonus!

unfortunately underwhelmed - Edit
We ordered the St. Louis Style Ribs, the Vegan Cuban and the Tempeh Bacon Ranch Wrap. Everything was a bit too expensive and didn't impress.

Lively Times at Lively Up Food Cart - Edit
Upon entering the food truck area, we were immediately released by the soothing music playing throughout the nearby seating area. Hubby informed employee of his severe nut allergy and we were happy to learn that the only things that contains nut is their sour cream and peanut butter rub used for their seitan ribz.
Read moreAfter looking at the menu for a few minutes, and seeing the list of ingredients for their vegan mac 'n cheeze sauce, I ordered the St. Louis Style Ribz with mac 'n cheeze and a special vegan Cuban sandwich with kettle chips while hubby ordered the classic mac 'n cheeze with tempeh.
Upon picking up our food, we were impressed by the presentation of the food, the portion size and the combination of flavors. This vegan food cart is a must visit!
Pros: Nut allergy friendly menu, Great portion sizes

Decent chicken sandwich and mac - Edit
I got the b*tchin chicken sandwich and a side of mac n cheese. The food was pretty good, but Im only giving 4 stars since it wasn't incredible. The chicken sandwich eats more like a cafeteria chicken patty versus a chicken cutlet (still yummy just not outstanding). All in all, I would definitely go again. The food truck is located in a sunny food truck pod with lots of seating and a brewery.

100% Vegan it seems. I had the Mac and cheese with BBQ bites…it was ok. I then ordered a chocolate shake, which was good.

Should be on your Bend list! - Edit
Ribs were fabulous, chicken strips were yummy (more like setain wings), loved the breakfast sandwiches as well. Mac and cheese is good for a vegan mac, just not the best we've had. Kraby patty wasn't the star there but good if you’re craving seafood flavor. Personally wouldn't order the jackfruit sliders again. Vibes are fun in that area too.

Great variety! - Edit
We have only visited once, so far, and hope to go back and try other meals!
Read moreI had the crab cake sandwich and it was delicious. Top bun was “buttery” and toasted. Definitely need napkins. The cake itself is a little mushy, but I’m good with that. The sauce!!! They even put a sauce on the potato chips.
The Mac n Cheese was okay. You definitely get the nutritional yeast. Personally, I like mine a little more creamy. Would be fun if they offered different sauce options to put on it.
Pros: A vegan truck in a food truck yard! , Fabulous outdoor environment , They are passionate about their food

Go here! Best Mac and cheese and wrap! - Edit
This food truck lives up to their fabulous ratings on happy cow. We split the buffalo wrap as it was large. Also enjoyed the seating area in this location. It was worth the drive from Tumalo State Park..

Comfort Food - Edit
Lively Up Yourself is located at the midtown yacht club amongst other food trucks. We tried the ribs, chikn burger, and jackfruit mac. The ribs and chikn patty were both made from very dense seitan (a little dry) but still delicious. Our favorite was the jackfruit mac, very flavorful!!! Love to see some vegan representation in Bend!

LOVE! - Edit
Visiting from southeast Texas and found this amazing place on Happy Cow. We were not disappointed! I had the ribz and mac & cheese with a side of old fashioned potato salad. The hubs had the buffalo wrap and we shared a strawberry shake. Mwah! So delicious! I believe the owners are Elliot and Sarah. We met both, and they are so friendly and happy making amazing vegan comfort food. Honestly, friends, the ribz and the bbq sauce are their own recipe and I cannot recommend them highly enough. ❤️❤️❤️ You MUST go and taste.

Stumbled across this food truck yesterday, and we are so glad we did! Everything on the menu looked delicious, so we had a hard time choosing.
Read moreI ended up going with the Buffalo Ranch Wrap, which was super tasty. There was no skimping on the seitan chicken and the buffalo sauce had a mellow kick to it.
My husband ended up getting the BBQ plate, as it had a bit of everything. He said the ribs were the best vegan ribs he ever had. Loved the potato salad and the cornbread was divine!
Pros: The entire menu, Generous portions

Disappointing - Edit
We got the buffalo seitan tenders and the Mac n cheese. They were fine. Nothing spectacular. The seitan strips were cold, we had to reheat them in the microwave. The Mac n cheese was very basic. It seems Bend does not have very good vegan options.

All-vegan menu of comfort food - Edit
YES! Excellent creamy cheeze made from sunflower seeds. Got the Buffalo Mac bowl that has breaded seitan doused in vinegary salty spicy satisfying Buffalo sauce & green onions atop the Mac n' cheeze. Will visit this food truck any time I'm in Bend Oregon. I took a pic of the main part of the menu but they had more offerings.
