Bland and wasteful of paper - Edit
I had the gran vegano burger. It was bland, the "whipped avocado" was bland and textureless and the thick cut fries were bland too. By the end of it it was falling apart in my hands. I uploaded a photo, it's the first photo that was not uploaded by the owners of the restaurant so you can see what it really looks like. When you go in, they give you a paper menu and ask you to check off the items on the menu. This is super wasteful of paper and totally unnecessary. Why can't they just have people order at the bar instead of creating so much paper waste? Also, the cutlery is plastic and the fries are in a cardboard container. Quinoa Bar has much better vegan burgers.
Read moreUpdate: We were in the neighbourhood and hungry so we went back. This time I tried the quinoa burger as others here recommended it. Nope, still bland! It had a bit of beet flavour from the sliced beet on top but the quinoa patty and the guacamole were totally flavourless. Well, at least this time it didn't fall apart in my hands so there's that. I still don't recommend this place for vegan food.
Pros: At least they have a vegan option
Cons: Not environmentally friendly, Not very good food

Indeed, we invest a lot of time and effort in our food. We only use trusted suppliers, and cook everything manually using the best ingredients in the market. We are sorry that the experience did not fully satisfy you.
We would like to clarify that the cutlery is not made with plastic, but PLA, a biodegradable polymer made from industrial waste. The goal is to make the best use of resources that would be wasted and, above all, avoid plastic. And in the case of the order forms, we use recycled paper for the order forms, which are recycled yet again. We are looking at other more efficient and modern ways to place the order :)

New favourite vegan burger - Edit
Tried both the Quinoa and Gran vegano burgers with the rústicas potatoes and absolutely loved everything! This place will be definitely be added to my vegan list😄

Great place if you’re craving a burger! - Edit
My boyfriend and I (both vegan), love to go there when we want to have a burger and be sure that it is super good. Only two vegan options but you can customize your burger so that’s super nice.
