Hannah's supper offering this week was beyond compare. Generous servings of a miso-glazed eggplant steak, a mash of potatoes and white beans, and steamed greens, all drizzled with a rich Bordelaise sauce and sprinkled with crisp shredded oyster mushrooms, followed by a creamy bread pudding topped by blueberry compote left me soooo satisfied and longing for more of her delicious creations. Do not pass go - order online for meals or special deals and also take advantage of her wonderful pantry items, like not-tuna salad or one of her vegan cheeses, which are often available upon request. This is the kind of soul-satisfying food we vegans dream of!

This is my own establishment, but Happy Cow hasn't seemed to link my profile to it and keeps prompting me, every day, to review it, so I am! I truly love the food I make, and now that I have been getting consistent rave customer reviews, I'll go ahead and state that publicly. However, the savvy consumer can obviously read other reviews and disregard this one as biased and self-serving, which is fair play.

While Liberty Gourmand isn’t a conventional restaurant, (yet!) Hannah serves the most delicious vegan food in Santa Fe. Amazing dinners to preorder, vegan brie (!), and all kinds of high end comfort food. Check the website.

Delicious picnic basket - Edit
I hired Hannah to assemble a special occasion picnic basket. She offered two menus to choose from and we settled on the better than brie with onion marmalade, leek dip with sourdough flatbread, quiche, and brownies. For under $80, we could have served 4-6 people. Hannah made the payment and pick-up process totally easy. Most importantly, everything was delicious, like "may I have that recipe please" delicious. We'll be ordering again.
