A couple of gourmet vegan pastries - Edit
This is a pricey, artisanal, gourmet cake/pastry place. Although most items use eggs and dairy, they do offer two vegan pastries, plus you can custom order a vegan cake. The vegan cake I had (a chocolate/hazelnut cake) was extremely rich and filling; a true treat.
Read moreNote that it is not easy to find vegan pastry items in this part of NYC. The only other places nearby that regularly offer them that I know of are Insomnia Cookies and Juice Generation (where the desserts are much cheaper, but not on the same level as this place). A bit further afield, you can also find vegan pastries at the Vegan Grill, Le Botaniste, or (my personal favorite) GoodSugar.
