Has Vegan Options

We asked our waiter and she told us what on the menu was vegan. Evidently they used have an allergy menu with vegan dishes but have gotten rid of it. It’s still easy to find vegan dishes though. Tofu was perfect though!

Pricy but good

I got the smoked olives with almonds and orange zest ($6) for my starter and the grilled tofu with artichokes, sunchockes, green beans, harissa, and endive greens ($19). Everything was delicious. I wouldn't make this my regular spot, but it's good to know I could have a solid meal there. #Veganuary

Pros: Lots of indoor and outdoor seating, Tried a sunchoke for the first time

Cons: Expensive

Sunchokes!

Pretty fancy establishment with focus on cocktails. A couple of vegan options though none specifically labeled as such. Smoked olive app seemed pricey for $6 workjng out & $1 per olive. I went for the grilled tofu dish (@$20) which was pretty good. Tofu nicely seared - not marinaded and would have bland but for some good rating sauce. Side included sunchokes that I’d never eaten in a restaurant before and were cooked extremely well.

Great at atmosphere

We really want to love Leon's because it's a great location with a great atmosphere, but their menu has always been sparse and their only vegetarian options are salads, tofu (can't eat soy), or the usual Impossible Burger.
I hate being negative, but we'd heard they now had a vegetarian menu, but no.

Pros: Great atmosphere, Outside seating

Cons: No vegetarian menu

New Vegan Options

I hadn’t been to Leon’s in a while because the last time I went they had no vegan items on their menu besides fries. I was thrilled to eat there recently and had an amazing meal. The fried tofu appetizer was unbelievably good and the grilled tofu with slaw and rice was so yummmmmy. I will definitely be back!

Pros: Great food, Cool vibe, Excellent service

Cons: Expensive , Could always have more vegan options :)

Way too Salty

Got the impossible burger, and it was super salty and the bun was very greasy. I felt like I wanted to chug a gallon of water after eating it. Fries were fine nothing special. The atmosphere is great with outdoor seating and staff were very friendly. Maybe order something not as salty if you decide to go.

Great!

At first glance it looks like everything on the vegetarian menu has cheese or mayonnaise in it. But if you ask they will be glad to tell you what is vegan. I enjoyed a couple of great dishes. The staff is very friendly.
