Hometown Favorite - Edit
I lived in Decatur, GA for 15 years and watched the City of Atlanta expand the vegan restaurant options. Even though Raging Burrito serves meat and dairy they offer their AMAZING JERK TOFU as option in pretty much everything. They have a Veggie Chili minus sour cream. And my all time favorite is their Thai Salad with Tofu. I will drive across City when I’m in town!

I got the pineapple jerk tofu burrito with no cheese. It was massive and really delicious. Next time I want to try the Tokyo teriyaki burrito.

Burritos are huge - Edit
Great place to go with Omni friends. The burritos are huge and almost all can be made with tofu. I usually order the Jamaican Jerk or the Cajun burritos. Just specify no cheese/sour cream. Staff is very vegan-aware. Only downside is that since covid they only have black beans, not pintos. Hopefully that will change soon.

Jerk tofu tacos & burritos - Edit
You can get just about anything on the menu with tofu as the protein. The pineapple jerk tofu tacos are a favorite!

Great options - Edit
Basically everything is listed as able to be made with tofu instead of meat. Staff were very understanding when I asked for no cheese or sour cream. Be aware that the burritos are massive! Would say that more traditional Mexican locations have better flavor, but lots of creative combinations here.

We sat outside in the garden patio which had a large fountain and many plants. It was a great environment with awesome vegan options and drinks. Will definitely come back.

Vegan cheese, awesome tofu - Edit
Now offer vegan cheese! Lots of vegan options. Tofu is awesome. Friendly staff, relaxed atmosphere. Compostable straws. Changed their logo to be more culturally sensitive. I live here and this is our family’s favorite restaurant.

Great food & vegan-friendly! - Edit
It's not on the menu but they do have Daiya mozzarella to sub for cheese! I had a veggie burrito and added the marinated tofu and it was absolutely amazing. The waitress also brought us complimentary chips and a few different salsas to try after we told her it was our first visit. Definitely recommend!

A lot of vegan options—nearly everything has a Tofu option. Casual atmosphere. They even made me a skinny Jalapeño Margarita.

Many vegan options, quality ingredients - Edit
My favorite casual downtown Decatur restaurant. A multitude of vegan options, even before you get to the build-your-own burritos (you choose, they make in the kitchen). Just tell them to leave off cheese and sour cream if the dish has it. I highly recommend the taco plate (choose from a list that includes two vegan options and a fish option, as well as meat), choose-your-own-ingredients Raging Monster Burrito (remembering to tell them to leave out the cheese and sour cream) or, for a lighter meal, the Frisco taco salad with veggie chili. The also have a Thai salad I enjoy now and then. Eat on the patio in back in nice weather.

delicious fat burritos - Edit
Can't say enough good things about this place. Service is top notch, super friendly and knowledgable. They always make us feel at home (we're ravenous regulars). Speaking from experience, the food (having eaten almost everything on the menu) is excellent. My favorites: pineapple salsa, fire-roasted salsa, guacamole, Thai salad, fajita burrito, and chipotle BBQ burrito. My husband enjoys the chimi, pineapple jerk burrito, and tacos. My son always orders the raging monster. I'm not a huge fan of tofu but their marinated tofu is delicious!

Delicious Variety - Edit
Full Disclosure: I worked at Raging Burrito for 3 years, just wanted to be up-front with that information.
Read moreAlmost everything at the raging burrito is vegetarian until you specifically choose meat (notable exceptions: The Shredded Beef, Cubed Chicken, Shredded Chicken, and Steak Tacos). Any dish besides Nachos can be made without cheese or sour cream (well, technically I did have customers get nachos without cheese, but I think you're better off with a burrito or tacos).
The vegetarian chili is amazing, I used to eat it 3-4 times a week, and still get it when I go in for lunch/dinner. (Yes, I worked there for 3 years and still go back and eat once every 2-3 weeks). The atmosphere is great, the burritos are huge, and there are a ton of veggie choices to go in your burrito. The fajita tacos are awesome too. Note that chips & salsa are not free except during M-Th lunch hours, and the free salsa rotates. That's just how the tortilla chip crumbles I guess. I definitely recommend going if you're in downtown Decatur and miss Tortillas (old burrito establishment downtown). I think the burritos are better than El Myr's, but as I've said, I may be biased.
Pros: Vegan, Fast, Big
