Not vegan friendly - Edit
When I visited there was one tiny carrot muffin for $3 that was vegan - that was it. Not worth visiting at all if you’re vegan.

Safe bet near Lincoln Center - Edit
Le Pain Quotidien (LPQ) is a well-run chain with clean, comfortable, health-oriented restaurants. They have a bunch of clearly marked vegan items--not a lot, but enough. This place is right by Lincoln Center, so it is ideal to stop by here for a meal before a concert, ballet, opera, etc., especially if you are with omni friends who balk at joining you for (the admittedly better) all-vegan Le Botaniste. It can sometimes get crowded at LPQ close to curtain time, so you should have a backup plan just in case it is all filled up.
