nope - Edit
just one vegan item available, don't know why they're even on happycow. unfortunately, the only bakery at the train station, better go to dean&david if in need, even though it's more expensive.

Stopped at Dresden Neustadt because I knew there's a Le Crobag. Sadly, there's nothing vegan available, & by nothing I mean absolutely nothing, not even milk alternative.
