Another stellar branch of Botaniste

This branch of Botaniste is right down the block from Penn Station and Madison Square Garden. You order at the counter, they scoop out the food for you, place it on a tray, and you grab a table. The food at all the Botaniste branches I've been too, including this one, is tasty and healthy--a real find for this busy part of NYC.

Today I had the soup-of-the day and a seasonable bowl; both were excellent in every way.

This is my very favorite vegan chain in NYC. Thanks for adding this one, which is new to me!

Vegan food steps away from Penn Station!!

Phenomenal. I’ve been to some other location of Le Botaniste and wasn’t too impressed. This location changed my opinion of this restaurant chain.

Everything tasted fresh and flavorful even though I was there at the end of the day. I went for a custom bowl and it came out good size and filling. The zucchini soup of the day was delicious. The raspberry dessert was just heavenly.

It is so nice to have a fully vegan (and healthy) place steps away from Penn station!

Quick and reliably consistent tasty vegan food!

So excited to see Le Botaniste opened up right by Penn Station. They have staples but includes rotating seasonal dishes. Great staff who are patient and generous to let you try samples of their dishes.

I tried three total dishes and eventually landed on the Spicy Chili Sin Carne—hearty, filling, and all-around tasty! Especially loved the refreshing vegan sour cream that complemented the heavier, flavorful chili.

Also tried the mixed fruit chia pudding — tangy and slightly bitter from the fruit (likely cranberries in the fruit purée) and sweet chia.

Very nice interior, although slightly drafty on wintry days. But overall will definitely be coming back again!
