Great plain bread

This is a large bakery cafe that produces fresh, real bread on location. If you ask for vegan options, the knowledgable baker can show you which items are made with dairy products, egg or honey. When I visited, these kinds of vegan bread were available: Baguette, plain campagne bread, plain ciabatta, olive ciabatta, walnut cranberry ciabatta and the round, whole-grain loaf. The selection changes a little bit day by day and during the course of the day. Generally speaking, you can find vegan options among the plain or savory breads, not the dessert bakery items.

For beverages, they have the usual coffee drinks and teas as well as freshly hand-squeezed juice!

You can tell that the bread is made professionally. Prices seem higher than other franchises, but the bakery items here are hand-made and mostly with organic flour. Also, not all bread is packaged into plastic so that the bread doesn't become soggy.

When I went there in the morning, some breads were still warm! If you eat on location, they serve the bread with a little bit of olive oil and aceto balsamico.

The interior of the cafe is spacious, although the baking area and store section are larger.
