I appreciate they have vegan options and that the slices are the size of my torso, but they must use a single tablespoon of Daiya for an entire tree hugger piece.

Read moreBoth slices were lacking in flavor. I wouldn't even call this pizza honestly. The sauce needed salt and way more seasonings. The amount of cheese used on these slices was so little you might as well cause it a tomato pie. The crust was well cooked but yet again no flavor. The best part of these pizzas were the toppings.
I did order these ahead of time about 15 minutes, and they were ready when I got there. I should add I'm originally from NY and this is no where near NY pizza. If this is what you're looking for, go elsewhere. This seems like a novelty for the size of the slices.
I wouldn't recommend for vegans or non-vegans.

This place has vegan cheese! I believe it is Daiya. The breading is excellent. Also, there is something special about having an oversize pizza slice that touches my heart.

the pizza dough and sauce here was sooooo good. cheese is daiya which is always tasty. i got the tree hugger slice (daiya cheese plus 2 toppings). it truly is too much for me to eat in one sitting but i sure as heck will try to indulge in it all at once bc it is just that tasty. the vibes inside are so cute too

If you know lazy moon, then you KNOW how big these pizza slices are. I usually do a tree hugger slice which includes red sauce, daiya cheese (dairy free), and two toppings (I recommend the tempeh). Overall this meal is just top tier, nothing bad can be said about it. I have been going to lazy moon consistently for the past four years and have never had a bad experience.

Love Lazy Moon. The portions are huge, the whole pizzas are so big I can't fit them in the car, and the pizza tastes delicious. They're open late, so they're especially good after a night of drinking. ;)

I loved this place so much, I went two days in a row! They have Daiya cheese & they sell either by the slice (one is plenty!) or by 20” or 30” whole pizzas - they almost need two people to carry a 30”! The atmosphere is very relaxed, and they have a great selection of craft beers, plus free soft drinks on a Thursday😄Highly recommend it!

Read moreThey have large shared tables, so it's easy to have a spontaneous group all meet up there. The bocci ball court is available most weekday evenings. The noise volume can be loud, but there is quieter outdoor seating too.
This is one of two Lazy Moon Pizza places in Orlando. The other is near UCF.
