One of LA's great boba spots

I've been to a lot of bubble tea shops in LA, and Latea is one of the best. The people who work there are kind and helpful. The drinks are customizable and delicious—they taste like actual tea, fruit, etc., not just generic sugary beverage. Most importantly, the brown sugar boba is vegan. It's a great place to sit with a drink and work or hang out for a while. And it doesn't hurt that it's right next door to Monty's :)

Pros: great drinks, kind service, comfortable atmosphere

Cons: additional charge for plant milk options
