Early bird gets the treats - Edit
Having read the previous reviews we made sure we visited early in the day to sample their sweet treats. The oreo cookie was deliciously moreish, while the decaf soya latte and flat black were excellent too. It is a little pricey and not the most welcoming of places I've visited but perhaps we caught them on an off day.

This is a small but pleasant coffee place with a bunch of seating and a restroom. The coffee is very good, with plant milk available. the vegan food option was very limited—only an avocado toast (no vegan pastries), though the avo toast was indeed excellent.

Been here a couple of times and thought about adding it to Happy Cow but on each occasion they didn’t have any vegan doughnuts or cakes so we just had coffee to go which was excellent. Apparently they sell cookies and doughnuts from local bakery Proven Goods in Byker. Good independent place, nice to see rather than clusterbucks which are now appearing on HC. I’ll certainly be back.
