Innovative - Edit
Ordered the vegan sushi chef's choice and it was so delicious! Innovative, beautiful presentation, and great variety of vegetables. Husband got raw fish and so creative with additions so no need for over powering soy sauce and wasabi. Dessert so light and not a lot of sugar. Knowledgeable wait staff and I was already planning a return trip before we ever left!

Deserves 5 stars even though not fully vegan!! - Edit
This place is our go to for sushi - we’ve been here over 15 times in the past two years and always just ask for vegan sushi rolls - we give a price range and how many we want and these guys come through with the most amazingly creative combinations - we’ve rarely if ever gotten the same roll ever —always different and always delicious!! Advice: don’t go when they are slammed (eg Friday or Saturday nights) - they will have more time to dedicate to their creations of you come on a slower night ;) Enjoy!!

Customize Vegan options - Edit
Michael was our server the night we eat there. The service was outstanding and he went out of his way to make sure the chef customized some of his menu items to fit our vegan life style. The food looked amazing and it was also delicious. I added a few picture to show the work of art...
