Light and tasty ramen - Edit
There’s one vegan ramen option and it’s clearly labeled. The broth is very delicate, and the veggie toppings plentiful. We were a little skeptical of the green noodles, but they were tasty! And by the time you finish the bowl, you’ll be full. We also got the spicy garlic edamame (actually spicy yay), and the veggie gyoza. The gyoza was tasty, especially dipped in the sauce but it does a bit more like a samosa than a traditional gyoza.
Read moreThere seems to always be a line, but they find you a seat as soon as you order, and the food came out fast. So even with hungry kids, this was a hit.
