Went for breakfast - Edit
Breakfast is hard for vegans in Colombia! I was able to order the calentado de frijoles, which is a tradional rice and beans breakfast. When I told them I was vegan, they happily omitted the egg (and told me to give my cheese to my vegetarian partner, which suited us fine). It came with 2 arepas and tomatoes, which I think were additional instead of the egg. It was so good and so filling - I had to share!
