I'm not sure what the hype is on happy cow about this place. It's behind a barber shop, yes, cool but I'm here to chat about the food and service. The server was rude to everyone by asking if anyone had reservations and none of the 6 groups/parties sitting there did but he still allowed them all to sit.
Read moreWe got vegan ramen, sushi, edamame and we realized when we got home that we didn't even get the sticky rice 😢. Compared to so so many other places with vegan options both in that casco viejo area and in Panama City, I would not return here again. The service and food quality are incredible everywhere else.

Had the most delicious vegan ramen along with mango sticky rice for dessert. I don’t like things sweet and this was just right! Mango was on the mark!😀

Honestly some of the best vegan sushi I’ve ever had. Kimono roll I think it was. So good! Also ordered the jackfruit bao which was very good, and the ramen which was fine (a bit boring - broth was just veg stock really). Also delightful cocktails!

We enjoyed all of the food that we ordered at this hidden gem. Step through the hair salon and into a cozy, upscale veg-heaven. Clearly marked vegan options and every one sounds interesting. We had the seaweed salad, tofu summer rolls, vegan ramen, vegetable tempura roll & kyoto roll. All were muy delicioso!

Vegan Sushi - Edit
You have to walk through a hair salon to get to this sushi bar, but it is such a cool little spot. The summer rolls were delish! The staff was friendly and helpful. The cocktails sounded really interesting but I wasn’t able to try them on this trip.
