UberEats screwed up - but burger was good

Sadly I cannot properly review this delivery-only place because UberEats delivered my order very late, meaning my food was pretty cold…

However, the burger was still pretty good! I got the bacon smash burger, and overall was a nice experience, though it was pretty flat and that may be because it sat for awhile before being delivered. My fries were pretty bad since they were just cold, but the mayo dipping sauce they came with were good. My biggest gripe is they only give you a tiny amount of sauce….which is unfair for a pretty expensive burger and fries.

Overall, I would give 3 stars because the food was not too bad, but I can’t really say it was amazing (sadly influenced by being cold). However, Uber is giving me a partial refund, so I’m willing to give the restaurant the benefit of the doubt and bump it to 4 stars.

Pros: All-vegan

Cons: Delivery-only, Not cheap

Chef’s Kiss For Taste, but Not Quantity

This delivery had all the makings of an absolute winner; the menu for here was quite impressive and I was relishing the thought of getting my hands on most of it. Prices were a bit steep, but if it was half as good as it looked, it would be worth. Sadly, while I most assuredly cannot fault the flavour and quality, the size of the portions was nowhere near enough to warrant the expense. I would recommend at least trying this place once, but I wouldn’t make it a regular option.
