Yummy falafel joint - Edit
There aren’t as many falafel places on the rue des Rosiers as there once were. The Pletzl has been suffering from out-of-control gentrification for decades now, but some of these tasty little kosher spots are hanging in there.
Read moreNot as famous as L’As down the street, King Falafel Palace is every bit as delicious and without the long lines. And, unlike its famous neighbor, it *does* have outdoor seating. You can enjoy your falafel in view of the comings and goings at the Lubavitcher Rebbe’s old synagogue across the street.
Plenty of vegan options. Just let them know you’re vegan and they’ll hook you up. YUMMY!

I came here 5 years ago and fell in love with the falafel! So this summer when I was back in Paris I came here to see if I had been romanticizing the memory of this falafel and sadly, I had been. It was still tasty but I didn’t enjoy it nearly as much as I did the first time I came here years ago. There was way too much dressing/wet stuff that made it really hard to eat. But I’d still suggest people try the falafel because it is pretty good:) NOTE: the falafel to-go is smaller than the falafel you will receive if you order it when dining in… Therefore it’s cheaper to get your falafel to-go!

Il n'a rien à envier aux autres restaurant de la rue des rosiers. J'ai pris une fois le sandwich et une fois l'assiette (qui est super copieuse), c'était excellent à chaque fois et le prix est vraiment pas excessif.

Being used to have fallafel stores at every corner we thought this to be a safe choice. But were absolutely surprised at how good the food was. They have a nice little outside seating area at a quieter street. The falafel plate is absolutely lovely and my omni partner was totally satisfied with his mixed plate. A little pricey but worth it. Would come here again!

Loved my falafel plate. I have to tell you the chick peas were amazing, wish I had the recipe for them! Salad was really fresh and tasty with hummus and tahini dressing.
