Tasty but one option only - Edit
There's only 1 vegan option we were told by a friend who is a frequent visitor there - the mushroom tofu stew. It was delicious plus you get endless refill of rice, marinated radish, sprouts and seaweed! You get really full at this place.

The waiter was difficult to communicate with and there was no understanding of veganism at all (contrary to other people expirience here)

Excellent tofu stew - Edit
Friendly waitstaff are able to advise what's vegan/vegetarian. Be sure to specify no egg (I got one on the side with my hot pepper stew; I had specified vegetarian but not vegan).

Wir hatten Ramen Suppe, Soft Tofu Kimchi Stew und Mushroom Perilla Soft Tofu Stew. Das Personal weiß, was vegan bedeutet. Alles war extrem gut und mit den Banchan sehr sättigend! TOP! 🙌🏻🙌🏻

Very good and professional - Edit
I liked 순두부라면 a lot. The waiter was very nice and asked me if I wanted to talk in english or korean, then, he explained to me what was in the specific dish, and asked if I could eat eggs or not. The dish was delicious. I will surely come back.

There are 3 stews (kimchi, mushroom, and pepper) the server said were vegan. I had the pepper (sunduboo jiggae) and it was OK but a little watery compared to others I've tried. The kimchi didn't have a noticeable fishy taste which is common in Busan kimchi. The kimchi pancake was very good and all prices were reasonable.

Es gibt vegane Optionen. Vorsicht beim kimchi, ich habe nicht herausgefunden, ob er ohne Fischsoße ist. Der Reis wird mit verschiedenen Gemüsen serviert, den Tofu gibt es in einer heißen und würzigen Soße extra.
