Has non-vegan items marked as vegan - Edit
They had at least one item on their vegan-labeled sushi menu that contained spicy mayo. I asked about this and was told it was regular mayo, not vegan mayo. That menu item also contains eel sauce, which in my understanding is usually vegan in spite of the name (but not always?), but the employees could not/did not confirm for me that it was in fact vegan and ended up leaving it off of my order to be safe. I find this--especially the mayo--very concerning. I tried to bring this concern to the business's attention, both in person and contacting them later, but as of yet they have not said anything to suggest that they plan to change this. The food was good and to the extent that they do have vegan options, assuming everything else that's labeled as vegan really is vegan, they do have a wide selection. I feel strongly that if you're going to label something as vegan on your menu, customers shouldn't have to question whether it's vegan or not, and all employees (especially management) should be aware.

I like how there were two vegan broths, I look forward to going back and trying the other. Usually you only get the one option, so having two was a nice feeling.
The noodles were perfect texture and the fresh veggies added such a great flavor, overall I really enjoyed it. Already planning my next ramen bowl 🤤🤤🤤
Would like to see other options in the future to have tofu have a breaded fried crispy tofu or other ways to have tofu. Spice it up a bit. Mostly since there was only one tofu option

Great vegan selection - Edit
All five rolls we tried were very tasty, more vegan options than your average non-vegan sushi place by far. Didn’t try the veg entrees but they seemed to have several. Ambiance in the mall is weird so more of a take-out option, but a good one for that—we’ll order from here again

Better vegan selection than most Japanese places - Edit
They have a whole section of vegan sushi rolls (although one of them listed eel sauce as an ingredient, so you might want to check on that one) and you can make the ramen vegan too. Our waitress checked with the kitchen, and the miso broth is vegan, and I can tell you it is delicious. We will definitely be back!

Staff were aware of vegan and what that means. Felt 100% confident ordering here.
We had the sweet tofu roll which was delicious!
I also had the kazan vegetarian roll and the futomaki roll. Both were very good. And had nice flavours.
My husband had a build your own ramen and was happy with it.
