Healthy dinner - Edit
We stopped in and tried the Pesto Feta Grain Bowl, the Fiesta Blend Salad, and an Oat Bake Bar. Enjoyed them all! The grain bowl had tempeh which we don’t always like but enjoyed this one. The salad had a “taco meat” that was made with walnuts which was also very good. Restaurant is in a large strip mall/shopping plaza with plenty of parking. We pulling in with a 25’ camping trailer and had no problems parking at 5 pm on a Thursday. Clean restaurant and bathrooms. Plenty of other shops nearby.

These bowls are amazing!!! So many options and flavors. Space is huge!! lots of seating and in a beautiful plaza right off the highway. Staff is very friendly and you can tell they are working hard!
Read moreonly note to owners: please consider more sustainable options for serving the bowls! we ate inside (not a to go order) but were still given plastic bowls with no recycling bins anywhere. there are “compostable” spoons but even that gets thrown into a trash can so it doesn’t help. let’s try to make our businesses more sustainable and eco friendly ❤️ we only have one earth! 🌍

Wide variety of smoothies and more - Edit
I love the variety they offer, including build-your-own options. It’s very spacious inside. It’s a good place to go for a nice, healthy smoothie or bowl. They have some other food on the menu which I look forward to trying, but haven’t had yet. There’s plenty of easy parking most of the time, since it’s located in the Stuyvesant Plaza shopping plaza. It’s really great to have an all-vegan spot in Stuyvesant Plaza!

Update: I tried the Mediterranean Blend grain bowl, which is the first savory thing I’ve tried from their menu. I was looking for something healthy and flavorful but not spicy, and it was perfect!
Update #2: I have to say how amazingly fast they make orders! I often order on the mobile app when I’m nearby, and go in, and it’s already made within 5ish minutes. Also, I’ve been hooked on their smoothie bowls lately. So refreshing and healthy and tasty! I’ve also tried some more of the grain bowls and waffle toasts and enjoyed it all!

We wanted some healthy vegan grub in Albany. I went through every possibility on Happy Cow and every other place looked like vegan junk food. We were pleasantly surprised by Bare Blends.

My wife and I were eagerly awaiting for their newest location (Glenville, NY) to open and when it did, we got awarded a VIP card for a free smoothie a month. I found it funny that I did not know it was vegan when I first heard it was opening (I know they had other locations already but I never looked into it). It is awesome that they have such a creative menu with new items by the season. Great variety of items too- sweet and savory.

Ordered the cocoa Chanel smoothie. Very good but lots of chunks of dates and cacao. I prefer a smooth smoothie without chunks but the flavor was very good.

Bare’s smoothie bowls are INCREDIBLE and so unique to anything else available in my area. My favorite is the cookie me crazy bowl! Try it with added sun dried cherries.. to die for!
