Read moreDas Bestellkonzept ist easy und auch total modern, die Mitarbeiter sind immer freundlich und das Gericht wird IMMER zügig serviert.
Die Bowls waren schon immer überragend! Es gibts immer wieder neue Varianten, angepasst an die Saison, oder man kann sich ganz einfach eine individuelle Bowl erstellen :)
Es gibt natürlich auch mehr als nur Bowls und das alles VEGAN!: Süße Bowls, Curries, Gebäck, Nachspeisen, Aperol, Kaffee... :D
Und noch zur Ambiente: finds sehr süß eingerichtet, geht so in die Skandinavische Richtung - klein aber fein :D

I ordered one of the vegan bowls (not sure if it was called taco or nacho bowl). The order process at the table with the QR code was a little confusing and we had to go to the register to confirm (even though we’re digital natives), so I would recommend just ordering at the register or the computers. The food arrived very quickly and everything looked amazing and fresh, but at the bottom of the bowl there was so much sauce mixed with the rice that it quickly turned into a soggy mess which wasn’t fun to eat anymore. I would also recommend to take a warm jacket. What I really enjoyed was the big lemonade with fresh ginger, and the fresh coffee. For lunch or dinner, I would choose another place next time.

Read moreWe had a mixed experience. My husband ordered the avocado superfood salad. He liked it very much. He found it good and healthy.
I had a stew and wanted quinoa instead of rice. The quinoa was cold though, which was not pleasant on a cold day.
I still find the whole concept interesting and would like to give it another try.
The atmosphere is a little cold and not very cozy in the winter for my taste. It is probably more pleasant in the summer when one can sit outside.
Good opening hours: 7 days a week from 10 am to 10 pm, so you can have vegan healthy food almost any time in Nürnberg.
Pros: Healthy vegan food, large choice of bowls and salads

I had an "Asian" salad bowl with edamame, tofu, peanuts, rice noodles, lettuce etc - thus a perfect combination of carbs, proteins and vitamins 😋 I really enjoyed it and the portion was huuuge. So in my opinion the price (~10 €) is absolutely appropriate!

I am very curious to try all the other bowls (it is so hard to choose) and am also looking forward to try some of the deserts (apple pie, brownies, banana bread,...) 🤤

In Kaspar Schmaus gibt es eine riesige Auswahl an Bowls, die Portionen sind sehr, sehr groß und das Essen lecker. Allerdings ist das Ambiente nicht sooo gemütlich, sondern eher auf schnelles Essen ausgelegt und dafür sind die Preise zu teuer. Außerdem war manches von dem Gemüse total verkocht und hatte kaum noch Biss...In den Salat Bowls ist auch das Ofengemüse komplett kalt, was ich auch ein bisschen schade fand.

Kaspar Schmauser liegt sehr zentral in der Nürnberger Innenstadt. Die Portionen sind groß und haben ein gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Die Sitzgelegenheiten sind teilweise etwas hart und ungemütlich, wodurch der Laden nicht wirklich zum verweilen einlädt.

I had the pulled taco bowl which was tasty and filling. Ordering on the phone was a little weird but worked out. The images are a little big so it is not that intuitively to use in my opinion. Homemade plum lemonade was also great! Mayor drawback, windows are only single glazed - sitting next to them was just super cold inside in winter! Staff also had a scarf on, this could be improved on. Therefore, only 4 stars even though the food was great

We really enjoyed our meal at KS. The staff were very friendly and helpful, especially with how to order our food. You decide every detail and can add on such a large variety of items to your meal. I had the chili. Hubs had the sweet potato curry. Of course we had our cups of ginger tea and a brownie for dessert (which became breakfast the next day). Portions are very generous too!

Sit outside in the market by the church. Huge bowls of stews or salads. We had the chili sin carne and a salad filled with veggies. Too much so they have us a to-go box, fork and bag. Teas are cold!

I really liked that you can order your food by scanning the QR code on the table. The food was really good, but nothing really special. I hoped for more rice because I wasn't really full after this bowl and it was kind of pricy. Still a great place, nice atmosphere and really friendly staff.

Das Restaurant liegt and dem Marktplatz und man kann drinnen und draußen sitzen, es gibt sogar kleine Ecken wo man ungestört zu Zeit sitzen kann. Die Auswahl ist sich echt gut und das rasen ist sehr lecker mit der Mischung aus kalten und warmen Zutaten. Dafür haben die Speisen auch ihren Preis, sie sind etwas kostenintensiver als sonst aber immer noch im sehr guten Preis Leistung Verhältnis.
